Our House
This is a private homepage of our house 8 Cutter Close, located in a quiet position @ the end of a cul-de-sac.
It offers around 260 sqm of comfortable and renovated living space.
We put a lot of effort and enthusiasm into decorating and furnishing our house, so that we are really feeling very much at home.
Unfortunately our job situation does not allow us to stay here permanently.
Due the our very positive experience with our own bookings through AirBnB, we decided to offer our house to holiday guests as well.
We hope you can appreciate the house the same way we do and treat the interior accordingly.
Just relax on a deck, our swinging chair or in the pool, listen to your favorite music in the living room or take a ride on the pedal boat for sunset with some bubbly in a cooler watching the birds – we are sure you will enjoy your stay.

Bedrooms
- two bedrooms with King-Size Xl beds 183x200cm, views over the water
- one bedroom with Queen-Size 152x188cm, views over the water
- one extra self-inflating Queen-Size air mattress "in the attic" (preferably for kids), accessible via stairs
Bathrooms
- one en-suite bathroom
- one guest bathroom with walk-in shower
- additional guest toilet on ground floor
Study
- tiny library with more than comfortable Le Corbusier LC-4 lounger
Living Room
- two comfortable leather couches and one single seater for a total of 6 people
- cozy in-wall fire place, fire wood in the adjacent dining room
- Audio -T+A K1 High-End-CD-Receiver and Omnes Audio InStyle speakers (self-built version) with 3,5mm headphone cable to play your own music via the K1 (select AUX)
- Video - 55' Samsung 4K LED-TV, HDMI-cable to USB-C plug to play your videos from your modern MacBook or any device with USB-C outlet, stream videos/photos from your mobile device using the appropriate Samsung app (to be downloaded).
- We offer fast 20000 mBit internet and WIFI
- We do not have a satellite-dish, so TV will only be available via internet, but with many international options

- fully equipped kitchen with 5-flame gas-stove and baking oven
- De Longhi coffee-maker with integrated grinder for Coffee, Espresso or Cappuccino

- Profi-Cook sous-vide stick and Klarstein Foodlocker Pro for the advanced kitchen expert (do you know "sous-vide"?)
- Samsung side-by-side fridge/freezer with water dispenser
- additional water dispenser tap with filter under the sink (will be checked and replaced regularly). The tap-water is safe to drink, but you will enjoy the improved taste of our filtered water
- Bosch tumble dryer, Bosch washing machine and Bosch dish washer (in adjacent open pantry)
- Panasonic stereo set in the kitchen, music via CD, Bluetooth, iPhone dock, 3.5mm earphone-cable, or the radio
- Flip-out iPad holder in the kitchen above the Panasonic stereo – conveniently read your stored cooking recipes, or play your music with comfortable access to the display
- Switchable multi-region 230V power socket for 5 plugs with additional 3 USB-charging ports

- Dining room with huge 2,8m table facing the water, hosting 12-14 people

- you will get access to all manuals of our devices, stored in our cloud (link below)
- most of the wall-sockets are changed to EU-plugs
- all beds and appliances are of high quality and new in 12/2018 (except for the stove, oven and T+A K1)
*South Africa is a so-called brick country. Our provider ensured 20000 mBit and we do pay for this, however, please do not blame us for failure to deliver expected speed or VPN on our WIFI.
However, please do not hesitate to report any serious problems or even total failure to our “care taker” Alex.
