In our study room we keep more than 12 "vintages" of the SA wine bible "The Platter" feel free to browse and check out tasting/opening hours, as well as the maps - all wine growing regions are displayed in several separate maps.

Some wineries only offer tasting after prior appointment, so make sure to check it out before being disappointed.
